After an accomplished career in global HR leadership at an executive level, I found myself at a crossroads.
The familiar corporate landscape no longer resonated with the evolving, authentic woman I was becoming. I started craving a deeper connection with the women that I worked with, helped to develop and lead.
I saw clearly their struggles to show up authentically, have a voice, demonstrate their skills and be recognized for their contributions while managing in parallel, the very real challenges of being a woman both in the corporate world as well as in life.
I understood it because I too had also experienced it.
