I wanted you to know how much you helped me and how I so appreciated the work we did together to get me “un-lost”.
 
It’s crazy to me that our 12 weeks is over.  I came to you when I had an awakening during a very challenging time in my life.  I’ve been struggling with my career for the last two years and as we talked you learned that my career has always been a big part of my life.  I’ve always titled myself as a career loving mom.  In the last two years I left TWO corporate jobs, one that I loved for 17 years until I totally burnt myself out.  The second corporate job I took on a rebound because I was sad that I ended my relationship of 17 years at my first corporate job.  I’ve never been so lost when I decided that I needed to quit my second corporate job because that job was a whole new level of toxicity.
 
I can’t imagine the feeling you felt when I basically attacked you with verbal diarrhea at how frustrated and unhappy I am at this point in my life.  I was over 50 years old and wondering how it is possible to be at this point in my career, just lost.  You helped me and your MidLife Makeover Program was what I needed.  I did feel a connection to you at our first consult meeting and I felt I was going to be in a safe place without any judgement.
 
You challenged me to look at things differently.  I came in with “I need YOU to help me with my career” but I came out of it with learning to help ME first, putting MY oxygen mask on first, getting to a point of rebuilding my confidence and my wellbeing, and once I did that I can determine what kind of career and culture I wanted to be in again.  Ultimately, my lack of control over my career was just a symptom of something deeper within myself.  The MidLife Makeover is not something you can get just from reading books or listening to self-help podcasts.  Your program made me accountable to myself and it made me practice what my intentions will be as I continue to live my best life.
 
Thank you!  Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for being a part of my journey.  I’m excited for what 2024 will bring.  I’m more ready than ever to live the rest of my life knowing what I want and what it will give back to me.

I can’t thank you enough for our session on Sunday. Since then, I’ve been thinking, evaluating and reassessing !!! You gave me so many things to think about, many I didn’t ever consider. It felt so great to chat with you and that comfort I remember from years and years ago never seemed to disappear. Even after a few hours of coaching, I found myself making changes to my routine on Monday!!!
I have many things to consider, especially with the job situation but you gave me some great insights to work with.
If I haven’t said this already, you are such an inspiring person. I can’t tell you how great it felt to speak to someone that is trustworthy, without judgement and so knowledgeable in so many areas. I look forward to sharing my process with you.

Suzannah’s program – FindingHer Your Leader Within – is a brilliant concept that helps leaders focus and hone their leadership skills and attributes. It is an individualized approach and I highly recommend this program for all levels of leadership including new, emerging and well established leaders.

I was 10+ years in with a company, earning increasingly more responsibility when, recently back from maternity leave, I found myself the only female on a team which had gone through many changes. The values I had demonstrated throughout my time with the company seemed to no longer align with the current, misogynistic management style and I was questioning my abilities. I went to our new HR manager at the time; by far the best decision of my career!
